Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Performance Marketing professional to lead and scale our digital acquisition strategies. This role is integral to achieving our ambitious growth targets by executing high-impact campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the real estate tech sector. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.
  • Develop customized strategies for different customer segments, ensuring optimal budget allocation. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to meet and exceed KPIs, including ROI, CPL, and CAC.
  • Execute A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to maximize effectiveness.
  • Use advanced tools and techniques like programmatic advertising and retargeting to boost conversions. Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategy refinement.
  • Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders, offering insights into channel performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM platforms for tracking and reporting. Market and Audience Understanding:
  • Stay updated on consumer behavior trends in the real estate sector to tailor campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Innovation and Trends:
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new formats, channels, and strategies to drive competitive advantage. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance alignment.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a real estate tech or similar industry.
  • Proven success managing high-budget digital campaigns and driving measurable business results. Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and attribution tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and customer journeys in real estate. Behavioral Skills:
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
  • Experience working with cross functional teams or external agencies to produce high-impact campaigns.
